Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role

Join a dynamic Procurement team that creates solutions, builds supplier relationships, and drives tangible business impact across multiple functions. You will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Marketing and Finance to understand cost structures, market dynamics and supplier capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into sourcing and supplier solutions that improve cost, service, quality, resilience and speed to market.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives such as RFQs, negotiations, cost analysis, benchmarking and alternative supply scenarios.
• Manage and develop key suppliers across cost, quality, service, innovation and supply resilience.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on new product development, supplier qualifications, material changes and implementation of new solutions.
• Lead supplier development initiatives and drive sustainable corrective actions for performance issues.
• Identify cost‑saving, value‑creation and working‑capital opportunities.
• Drive process simplification, digitalisation, automation and AI‑enabled ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, operations or supplier management.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects, manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships.
