Senior Manager, Talent Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Talent Development at Payoneer in Buenos Aires. In this role you will shape the learning strategy, create clear career pathways and drive skill‑building initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement motivating career pathways and skills‑progression frameworks.
• Own the end‑to‑end learning and development program, including structured learning journeys, development plans and workshops.
• Manage relationships with external learning vendors and platforms, ensuring high quality delivery and measurable ROI.
• Equip managers with tools and guidance to hold effective development and career conversations with their teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development within global companies.
• Proven track record building skills taxonomies and competency frameworks.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
