Senior Manager – Quality ISMS

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Quality and Information Security Management System (ISMS) initiatives across its Advisory engagements in the Buenos Aires Delivery Center. The role will drive end‑to‑end quality governance, risk intelligence and compliance with global standards, ensuring delivery excellence for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and embed PwC’s Advisory Quality & ISMS Framework across projects.
• Lead governance forums, monitor KPIs, and oversee delivery health and risk intelligence.
• Ensure information‑security compliance and prepare teams for internal and external assessments.
• Manage major certifications such as CMMI Level 3, SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Drive continuous‑improvement programmes, including Lean, Six Sigma and automation initiatives.
• Coach and develop diverse, high‑performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management, governance and information‑security within a professional services environment.
• Strong ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and advise senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and sustaining high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical and decision‑making capabilities.

• ISO 27001 implementation and audit.
• SOC 2 compliance.
• CMMI Level 3 certification processes.
