Senior Manager, Operations

About the role

Lead and scale the Americas Operations team at Sovos, driving strategic vision while executing hands‑on operational initiatives. You will own the operational backbone of our delivery organization, ensuring seamless project setup, data governance, executive reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a high‑performing operations team across multiple seniority levels.
• Set priorities, standards, and performance expectations aligned with delivery goals.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex operational challenges.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, project governance, and PSA system administration (Cloud Coach, Salesforce).
• Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for capacity, utilization, forecasting, and billing.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and translate complex data into executive‑ready insights.
• Continuously improve workflows and document operational playbooks.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success leadership as a trusted operational advisor.
• Present operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to scale professional services operations globally.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or PMO roles with proven team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
