Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing

About the role

This senior position leads the design, execution and optimisation of a global portfolio of in‑person experiential programmes that drive pipeline, accelerate deals and deepen customer relationships. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and product, operating in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the strategy, planning, execution and performance measurement of enterprise‑level experiential marketing programmes and events.
  • Develop event‑driven pipeline generation tactics, including target account lists, opportunity goals, attendee engagement plans and post‑event follow‑up in partnership with sales and business development.
  • Manage end‑to‑end event operations: agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts and budget oversight.
  • Build integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, partnerships and content to attract high‑value accounts.
  • Track and report on metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, event ROI, attendance and deal acceleration.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design and marketing operations to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, campaign execution and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as primary accountability point for assigned events, proactively managing risks and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential marketing, event marketing or demand generation, preferably within enterprise SaaS, technology or digital services.
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, collaborative, remote‑first environments.
