Senior Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist to shape CRM strategies that turn first‑time users into lifelong fans. You will work closely with the CRM team to design and execute multi‑channel communications that drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end CRM strategies using email, push notifications and in‑app messages.
• Continuously refine multi‑channel communications and retention tactics, ensuring campaigns are insight‑driven and measurable.
• Support the CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and key client segments.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile/web environments.
• Proficient in English with strong copywriting abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage a high‑pace workload.
• Commercially savvy, analytical, and data‑driven.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid
• Proficient in HTML
• A/B testing and dynamic email templates
