Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Webflow is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to improve the reliability and stability of its customer‑facing production infrastructure, which serves millions of page views per hour worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cloud platform across AWS and GCP, including compute, EKS fleet, serverless, networking, and cloud operations.
• Design and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code foundations, networking layers, observability dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.
• Build AI‑powered automation for policy‑as‑code, drift detection, and LLM‑assisted runbooks.
• Contribute to the culture and growth of the infrastructure team as it expands internationally.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer‑facing environment with minimal downtime.
• Strong background as an infrastructure, SRE, or cloud engineer, or as a software engineer with deep enthusiasm for cloud systems.
• Proactive attitude toward AI and emerging technologies.
