Senior Growth Designer, Acquisition & Offers

About the role

CookUnity is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to own the end‑to‑end user journey for acquisition and offers. You will shape landing pages, sign‑up flows and checkout experiences that directly impact growth, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for first‑impression touchpoints, tracking performance and iterating based on data.
• Design and optimize conversion pathways using A/B and multivariate testing on mobile and desktop.
• Analyze friction points and adjust flows to maximize intent‑to‑action rates.
• Define short‑ and long‑term vision for how promotions are surfaced, communicated and redeemed.
• Partner with Data, Product, Engineering and Branding teams to write briefs, secure resources and align testing plans.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover opportunities that reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
• Use AI‑assisted workflows for rapid prototyping and generating creative variants at scale.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience designing growth‑focused digital experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven design decisions.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence product, engineering and marketing teams.
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and iterative improvement cycles.
