Senior Graphic & Webflow Designer

About the role

Verve Studios is seeking a senior‑level Graphic & Webflow Designer to join its remote design team. You will be responsible for turning high‑level concepts into polished digital experiences across websites, apps, and marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑centred website and app interfaces in Figma, creating wireframes, user flows, and hi‑fidelity mockups.
• Build responsive Webflow sites from scratch using approved designs, including CMS setup and custom CSS naming conventions.
• Produce a variety of graphic assets such as social media visuals, logos, e‑books, print collateral, and simple animations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end launch process of web projects, ensuring quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Head of Design and other designers to maintain visual consistency and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strategic UX thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI design and web development work.
• Independent, self‑motivated professional comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
• Fluent English communication skills for occasional client interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
• Advanced experience building sites in Webflow, including CMS configuration.
• Knowledge of CSS naming conventions and best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Solid graphic design abilities across digital and print media.
