Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Webflow is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to design and implement scalable multi‑tenant backend services and APIs. This remote‑first position (based in Argentina) is a permanent, full‑time role where you will work with a fast‑moving team that values craft and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, GraphQL, Apollo and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver features in an autonomous, supportive environment.
• Lead projects that contribute to team and engineering organization deliverables.
• Produce maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code and author design documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in engineering citizenship activities such as blogs, hiring process improvements, and internal hackathons.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying web applications with a proven track record of shipping code.
• Business‑level fluency in English (read, write, speak).
• Comfortable debugging production issues across services and the full stack.
• Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies to improve outcomes.
