Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Growth Product

About the role

Join the Growth Engineering team to build high‑impact features that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for a leading crypto platform. You will work across web and mobile, turning product ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and deliver data‑driven engineering solutions.
• Implement reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first‑funding experiences.
• Collaborate on distributed systems handling large global traffic while ensuring performance and reliability.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, balancing scalability, maintainability, and user impact.
• Measure, experiment, and iterate using data and experimentation frameworks to understand user behavior.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Product mindset focused on moving key metrics, not just code.
• Ability to work autonomously in a globally distributed, remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development with TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python or Ruby.
• Front‑end frameworks: React or React Native.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Database knowledge: MySQL/MariaDB, Redis.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design.
