Senior Fullstack Engineer – C#/.NET & AI

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design and deliver end‑to‑end AI‑enabled solutions using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will own the architecture of agentic AI layers, influence technical standards, and work across Azure and AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define architectural direction for new Lab products from prototype to production.
• Design and implement production‑grade agentic workflows, including retrieval, tool use, multi‑step planning, human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints, and safety guardrails.
• Provide senior technical leadership across multiple teams and set organization‑wide engineering practices.
• Contribute individual code to SaaS products on Azure and AWS, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Mentor engineers, promote a high‑bar technical culture, and drive modern automated testing, including AI component evaluations.
• Help modernise and consolidate legacy systems as integration points evolve.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in senior, lead, or principal roles.
• Deep fluency in picking up unfamiliar codebases quickly and forming defensible opinions.
• Strong command of both Azure and AWS, including container orchestration, serverless, messaging, identity, and managed data stores.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Solid expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven AI engineering experience: shipped LLM‑powered features, comfortable with retrieval, embeddings, tool calling, structured outputs, and cost/latency trade‑offs.
• Demonstrated ability to design end‑to‑end agentic workflows and evaluate when to use agents versus deterministic pipelines.
• Track record of leading architectural initiatives and influencing cross‑team decisions.
