Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js, React, AWS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own meaningful parts of Siena’s platform end‑to‑end. You will turn ambiguous problems into reliable, high‑performance systems that consumer brands depend on daily. The role offers full ownership without task‑by‑task management.

Key responsibilities

• Own features and systems across the full stack – frontend, backend, and infrastructure – from definition through production.
• Partner with product to break down ambiguous scope and ship iterative, high‑impact releases.
• Make architectural and design decisions in your area and communicate the reasoning.
• Integrate cutting‑edge language models into enterprise workflows while ensuring reliability and safety.
• Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure with a DevOps mindset.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Strong full‑stack expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS) and databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM‑powered features to production.
