Senior Financial Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Financial Specialist you will help the organization maintain a clear and reliable view of its financial position, translating financial information into meaningful business context for internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly financial reporting and communicate material observations that support management action.
• Manage collection and consolidation of inputs for budget development and periodic forecast updates.
• Use profit and loss statements, variance comparisons, impact reviews, trend patterns, and peer benchmarks to evaluate performance and expectations.
• Present the monthly financial picture and business implications to the Leadership Team.
• Develop purpose‑built reports and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in finance, auditing or a closely related area.
• Strong ability to organize workload, assess complex information, communicate with stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, data visualisation, spreadsheet modelling).
• PowerPoint for business‑focused presentations.
• Professional English (B2 or higher).
