Senior Finance Manager

About the role

This mission‑critical leadership position sits at the heart of our Argentine operations. As the Finance Director you will act as the financial steward and strategic partner for a high‑growth market, balancing rigorous controllership with forward‑looking financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and local GAAP/IFRS.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure compliance with audit and corporate quality standards.
• Serve as primary liaison for external auditors and oversee all local tax compliance, statutory filings, and annual audits.
• Manage local liquidity, banking relationships, cash reconciliations and currency‑risk mitigation.
• Oversee procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash cycles to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Partner with the General Manager and US headquarters to define multi‑year financial roadmaps and drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Support commercial and marketing teams in evaluating high‑value deals, pricing strategies and ROI‑driven growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within a US‑owned multinational.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with global ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
• Expertise in internal controls, audit coordination and treasury management.
