Senior Finance Analyst – Hybrid (Vicente López)

About the role

General Motors is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join its finance team in Vicente López, Buenos Aires. This hybrid position requires three on‑site days per week and focuses on driving continuous improvement, financial performance analysis, and effective communication with leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and use financial analysis tools to assess performance and business risk.
• Understand group liquidation processes and their impact on the Income Statement and Cash Flow.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and KPI presentations for operational reviews.
• Communicate financial results and insights to finance leadership and business partners.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and identify opportunities for process innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field (Public Accountant degree a plus).
• 2‑3 years of experience in audit, finance or accounting roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on‑site) in Vicente López.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
