Senior DR Creative Strategist

About the role

Happy Mammoth is seeking an experienced Senior DR Creative Strategist to join its fast‑growing Marketing team. This fully remote, full‑time contractor position focuses on creating high‑performing direct‑response creative for eCommerce brands, especially in the health and supplement space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and pitch new direct‑response creative concepts on an ongoing cadence.
• Brief and direct designers, video editors, and UGC creators to bring concepts to life.
• Use performance data to inform creative decisions and optimise campaigns.
• Structure hypotheses, run iterative creative tests, and analyse results.
• Ensure creative aligns with platform‑specific nuances for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing direct‑response creative for eCommerce brands (health or supplements a plus).
• Track record of generating winning concepts at scale.
• Background in direct‑response copywriting with strong hooks, angles, and pain‑point narratives.
• Comfortable working from performance data rather than intuition.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and audience cultural nuances across Australia, the United States, and EU markets.
• Availability to work during EU (GMT) business hours.
