Senior Digital Consultant – Salesforce Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Consultant to lead the growth of our Salesforce Solutions practice. In this client‑facing position you will combine deep Salesforce expertise with consulting acumen to help brands transform their customer engagement and digital ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead solution strategist for Salesforce opportunities, working with client stakeholders to define business challenges and design multi‑platform roadmaps.
• Provide technical pre‑sales support, helping the Sales team scope, design and present Salesforce‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and practice teams to develop new service offerings aligned with emerging client needs.
• Build strategic roadmaps that integrate Salesforce CRM, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Marketing Advance, Data 360 and related technologies.
• Translate client requirements into clear execution plans for delivery teams and ensure seamless integration with the broader digital ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting roles focused on Salesforce and digital marketing solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Track record of partnering with sales and account management to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience working in an agency environment or with multiple client brands.
