Senior Design Lead – Branding & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Lead to drive branding and marketing design for a US‑based creative partner that supports wellness brands from product launch to global scaling. The role blends strategic direction with hands‑on execution, requiring a fast‑moving, performance‑oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute design across branding, visual identity systems, and packaging (CPG‑focused).
• Create paid‑media assets for platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Design email marketing campaigns and lifecycle communications.
• Translate brand strategy into high‑performing visual assets while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and creative teams to meet quick turnaround times.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, paid‑media, and email design.
• Hands‑on leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written/spoken English.
• Background in performance marketing or growth‑focused teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using generative AI tools for creative workflows.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and lifecycle design.
