Senior Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our fast‑scaling B2B SaaS team in Buenos Aires. You will bridge design and engineering, delivering high‑quality, polished user interfaces for our AI‑focused platform and occasional marketing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship production‑grade UI across the core product using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Partner with product designers, managers and engineers to translate concepts into precise, high‑fidelity implementations.
• Craft layouts, typography, responsiveness, motion and micro‑interactions with Tailwind CSS.
• Contribute to the marketing site and logged‑out experiences while maintaining the same quality bar.
• Develop shared UI foundations such as components, patterns and design tokens.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility and maintainability without compromising design.
• Raise frontend craftsmanship through code reviews, critiques and shared standards.

Required profile

• Strong production experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.
• Exceptional CSS skills and a proven ability to build pixel‑perfect, resilient UIs.
• Sharp eye for design and interaction, able to defend and implement visual decisions.
• Comfortable owning work end‑to‑end, from early exploration to shipped code.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and engineers in fast‑moving product teams.
• Portfolio that demonstrates high‑craft frontend or design‑engineering work.
• Thrives in a startup environment that values speed, iteration and quality.
