Senior Data & Reporting Analyst, Finance (FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to design, automate and maintain business‑intelligence solutions for the Renters Insurance FP&A team. The role combines deep technical work on data pipelines and dashboards with an understanding of financial reporting, budgets and forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Translate FP&A reporting and analytical requirements into scalable technical solutions covering actuals, budgets, forecasts, revenue, expenses and KPIs.
• Extract, validate, reconcile and model data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, completeness and timeliness.
• Design, build and support Power BI dashboards, data models, measures and ad‑hoc analytical tools.
• Assess data quality, document data lineage, calculations and controls.
• Partner with data owners, technology teams and business stakeholders while maintaining ownership of FP&A deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting development.
• Advanced SQL proficiency in a professional environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including report development and data modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, validation and financial modeling.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
