Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Talan is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its growing data and analytics team. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn trusted data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. The role focuses on delivering reporting, analytics, and self‑service data solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Prepare, transform, and model data using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are followed.
• Perform testing and validation of data models, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Support self‑service analytics adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst delivering reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong expertise with Power BI.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
