Senior Creative Project Manager

About the role

Innovid is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of creative projects, from intake through delivery. You will act as the central coordinator between developers, designers, technical producers, platform managers and client success teams, ensuring projects meet scope, quality and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intermediate to complex creative projects, defining scope, resources, timelines and success criteria.
• Generate and maintain project timelines, collaborating closely with Technical Producers on new creative frameworks.
• Document project scope, communicate requirements to clients and internal teams, and serve as the primary client contact.
• Allocate and oversee creative development resources, conduct QA, and confirm deliverables meet specifications.
• Version and update dynamic creative assets using the Innovid platform and Excel, applying inline CSS styles when needed.
• Provide final creative deliverables to clients and ensure all project milestones are achieved.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a client‑facing project management role.
• 5+ years in a creative or ad‑tech position.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of the designer‑developer creative workflow.
• Excellent attention to detail, risk identification and mitigation, and problem‑solving abilities.
