Main Missions

• Lead and manage corporate incorporations, including complex structures involving foreign shareholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-level commercial contracts in both English and Spanish.
• Manage all legal procedures and filings with local authorities to ensure full compliance with regional regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and international stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal support.
• Monitor regulatory changes to proactively advise clients on compliance requirements.
