Senior Consultant

About the role

AlixPartners is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its high‑impact practice. You will work directly with C‑level executives on financially secure, under‑performing, and distressed companies, delivering rapid, measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze corporate performance and drive cost‑reduction and profitability initiatives.
• Create and execute organization transformation programs across multiple industries.
• Leverage publicly available data to develop hypotheses and estimate value‑creation levers.
• Interview industry experts and internal/external stakeholders to gather insights.
• Collaborate with clients, influence decision‑makers, and provide strategic advice.
• Prepare client‑ready documents and compelling presentation materials.
• Utilize internal tools and innovative techniques (web scraping, analytics, benchmarking, reporting) to generate insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management (advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFA are a plus).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in a professional services environment.
