About the role

We are a global Decision Management consulting firm seeking a Senior Consultant to lead high‑impact projects for leading companies worldwide. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design analytical solutions and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead core workstreams, structure problems, analyze insights, and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Design decision models, analytical approaches, and engagement frameworks for complex operational challenges.
• Manage and coach Consultants and Analysts to ensure high‑quality deliverables and effective team performance.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, identifying opportunities, and participating in client discussions.
• Lead talent acquisition activities, including recruitment and evaluation of new Consultants and Analysts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting or analytics role.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• High availability for travel.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable)
