Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Clinical Data Coordinator will support ICON’s global clinical research programs by designing, managing, and analysing trial data. Working remotely from Argentina, you will ensure high‑quality data flow and contribute to the development of innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive data management plans and documentation in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, improving data quality throughout the study lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and other cross‑functional teams to develop tailored data management strategies.
• Execute project activities such as filing study documentation, archiving, and dispatching queries to investigator sites.
• Mentor junior data coordinators on data reconciliation, coding, and cleaning procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field.
• Proven experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel up to 5%.
