Senior Architect – Residential Projects (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead high‑end residential and mixed‑use projects for a U.S. client based in New York. The position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latin America while collaborating directly with the client and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and refinement of comprehensive Revit models, detailed architectural sets, and construction documentation.
• Define design intent, select materials, and ensure compliance with U.S. building codes and sustainability goals.
• Act as the primary liaison with the client, presenting proposals and translating requirements into technical execution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external engineering teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Manage project timelines, oversee internal deliverables, and guide projects from schematic design through final documentation.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and adjust designs in response to site, structural, or code constraints.

Required profile

• Advanced English (B2+/C1) – both technical and conversational.
• 5+ years of architectural design and project leadership experience, primarily on residential projects.
• Proven ability to lead design teams, make material decisions, and collaborate with engineering disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. building codes, material properties, and construction documentation standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; BIM Revit certification or Construction Management credentials are a plus.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Revit (modeling, complex assemblies, detailing, schedule generation).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V‑Ray).
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu and MS Office.
