Senior Android Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance native Android applications using a modern Kotlin‑centric stack. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver reliable mobile features for international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement native Android features with Kotlin, leveraging Android SDK and Material Design.
• Develop scalable components following MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, using Hilt/Dagger for dependency injection.
• Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Create unit and UI tests (JUnit, Espresso) and ensure test‑driven quality.
• Profile, benchmark, and optimise performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
• Prepare releases and publish updates to Google Play Store.
• Collaborate in Scrum teams using Jira, Confluence, Git, and Android Studio.

Required profile

• 3+ years of native Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin expertise and deep knowledge of Android SDK.
• Proven senior‑level ownership, mentoring, and agile Scrum experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).
