Senior Accounting & Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the accounting and finance function of a US‑based technology consulting firm with global operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and finance function for a multi‑entity technology consulting firm.
• Own the monthly and annual financial close process and prepare US GAAP financial statements.
• Oversee banking, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, invoicing, treasury and cash management.
• Manage multi‑entity accounting, intercompany transactions and tax compliance.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors and external advisors.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, automate processes and implement accounting systems.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial analysis and support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior accounting or controller roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience in technology/IT consulting or SaaS industries.
• Proven ownership of month‑end and year‑end close processes and external audit management.
• Experience managing multi‑entity accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment.
