Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Americas Client Finance team, primarily supporting the Latin America region. You will work closely with finance managers, client service leaders, and cross‑functional colleagues to drive the financial health of our client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client service teams to set up budgets, financial structures and monitor revenue, expenses, billing and accounts receivable.
• Analyze variances, perform forecasting and provide actionable recommendations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Manage financial operations across multiple Latin American countries, handling cross‑border structures, local regulatory, currency and billing complexities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist leadership in designing and implementing new financial processes and systems.
• Collaborate with a team of 40+ accountants, senior accountants and specialists, reporting to the Manager of Finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting or finance within a multinational or Latin American context.
• Strong analytical mindset with a growth‑oriented, entrepreneurial attitude.
