Senior Account Manager – SOLA

About the role

QSoftware is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead sales for the SOLA portfolio. You will work for QSoftware while supporting Quest Software’s strategic accounts, focusing on mid‑size to major customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive balanced sales of software products and services to a defined set of strategic accounts.
• Grow the territory and achieve financial targets for the mid‑market segment.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ business needs and solution requirements.
• Manage territory/account planning, forecasting and regular engagement with decision‑makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle, leveraging internal resources to close deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of technology‑related sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Experience working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end‑users in the tech industry.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to analyze market data, deliver quality presentations and work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client visits.
