Semi Senior Learning & Development Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Semi Senior Learning & Development Analyst to design, implement and execute talent development initiatives across the region. The role blends performance management, talent processes and data‑driven insights, partnering with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to build capabilities, foster leadership and support employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent processes such as Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Individual Development Plans.
• Design, facilitate and deliver development programs, workshops and other learning initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and report participation data, providing actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Assist in the creation and optimisation of L&D tools and processes.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development or Learning & Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English and experience working with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, workshops and training sessions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and HR systems.
• Working knowledge of Workday (preferred).
