Semi Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Pearster is seeking a Semi Senior Financial Analyst to support an international client. The role is fully remote within LATAM and focuses on financial performance analysis, reporting, and budgeting to aid business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Monitor performance, identify variances, and develop financial models for decision‑making.
• Track key metrics, prepare dashboards, and present insights to management.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to validate information and improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist with cash‑flow analysis, expense tracking, and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate in English (B2+ preferred).
• Based in LATAM and available for full‑time remote work.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (nice to have).
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau (nice to have).
• Financial modeling and variance analysis.
