Seeds Supply & Scheduling Planner

About the role

Syngenta is looking for a Seeds Supply & Scheduling Planner to support its Wheat and Soybean seed business in Argentina. The role ensures product availability by managing supply planning, packaging schedules, and inventory flow while collaborating with production, finance, and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate input requirements, create purchase requests, and track deliveries in SAP.
• Build and coordinate packaging plans with tollers, including order creation, batch generation, and order closure.
• Maintain SKU, BOM, and product specification data.
• Consolidate demand orders from marketing, trialing, and other channels to guarantee product availability.
• Develop, monitor, and report on the Seed Production Plan (SPP) and related performance dashboards.
• Manage export activities, sample logistics, certification, and SKU extensions.
• Participate in weekly production, quality, and planning meetings and support new product launches.

Required profile

• Logistics professional, Industrial Engineer, or similar background with knowledge of seed‑business planning or comparable industries.
• Financial understanding of supply‑chain processes.
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).
