Security Operations Lead

About the role

DEUNA is seeking an experienced Security Operations Lead to elevate the security posture of its AI‑powered global payments platform. You will design, build, and run modern cloud security capabilities that protect millions of transactions while enabling rapid product development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operate cloud security controls for AWS environments.
• Implement, tune, and manage SIEM solutions (e.g., Wazuh, Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic).
• Deploy and oversee EDR tools such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender.
• Lead incident response, forensic investigations, and threat detection programs.
• Drive vulnerability management, CVE prioritization, and remediation workflows.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Compliance, and Product teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Support and maintain compliance with PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and related frameworks.

Required profile

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years leading security operations or engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud‑native security, especially AWS.
• Strong understanding of IAM, Zero Trust, and privileged access management.
• Proven experience in incident response, forensic analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
