Salesforce QA Engineer (AI-Augmented)

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with a focus on AI‑augmented testing to ensure platform stability and performance across multiple orgs. The role sits in a fast‑paced, modern environment where quality, automation and innovation are top priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies using AI‑assisted testing tools.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Test Salesforce components including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Drive automation efforts across releases and maintain test coverage.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Support platform stability, performance validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years working with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform components.
• Hands‑on experience testing Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Copado, Selenium, Provar, or similar.
• Comfortable working with AI‑driven testing and automation tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Advanced English level.
