Sales Systems Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Sales Systems Associate Manager to join its Sales Excellence Center of Excellence. The role combines functional architecture support for sales tools with leadership of the Lead Origination reporting and research team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prioritize and deliver sales applications for over 50,000 Accenture users, ensuring stability and performance.
• Manage day‑to‑day tasks for the Lead Origination team, optimizing client intent data and deploying AI agents for automated market research.
• Build, test and deploy application updates, handle incident management, and manage user access security.
• Analyze campaign performance, create automated workflows, and maintain Salesforce CRM reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Business management degree with 4‑5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and proficient in Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to supervise a small team under guidance and flexible with work hours.
