Sales Representative – Americas (Wine B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to lead B2B wine sales across the Americas for Bodega Ojo de Agua. The successful candidate will manage existing distributor relationships, acquire new customers, and contribute to our international growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of distributors and brokers throughout the Americas.
• Increase revenue with current clients and acquire new accounts in line with the sales strategy.
• Provide a rolling monthly sales forecast for your markets.
• Represent Ojo de Agua in high‑level client discussions and industry events.
• Co‑develop the Americas sales strategy with senior leadership.
• Participate in business development activities such as pricing, marketing campaigns, and channel development.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B wine sales within the Americas.
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Latin America.
