Sales Operations Help Desk

About the role

Join Syneos Health as a Sales Operations Help Desk professional, acting as the primary administrator for the Enterprise CRM (Salesforce) platform. You will ensure data quality, manage user access, and support internal stakeholders across the United States during standard EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cross‑functional administrative support for all Enterprise CRM (Salesforce) users.
• Conduct daily administration, case management, and auditing of the Salesforce platform.
• Manage user provisioning, license assignments, and oversee data quality and structure.
• Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary sources, supporting databases and data systems.
• Assist with sales tools such as DemandBase, RingLead, and Sales Navigator.
• Monitor the Sales Operations Help Desk email account and Salesforce queue, processing cases within SLA timelines.
• Document internal processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide backup support to team members and use Salesforce Data Loader for bulk data operations.

Required profile

• Experience administering Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong attention to data quality and ability to manage large data sets.
• Comfort working 8 AM – 5 PM EST, regardless of daylight‑saving changes.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and support cross‑functional teams.
