Sales Development Representative – Outbound Cold Calling (Remote LATAM)

About the role

This full‑time, remote position focuses on high‑volume outbound cold calling for businesses across Latin America. You will engage prospects daily, follow up on Facebook instant‑form leads, and qualify appointments for the sales team. Top performers have a clear path to advance into closing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 100 outbound cold calls per day to businesses sourced from Google.
• Follow up on inbound leads generated through Facebook instant forms.
• Qualify prospects and move interested leads through the sales pipeline.
• Log call activity and outcomes consistently in the CRM.
• Hit daily call volume targets while maintaining a steady conversion rhythm.

Required profile

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Advanced English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Comfort with high call volumes and repetitive daily routines.
• Resilience and a positive mindset to handle rejection professionally.
• Self‑discipline to work independently without direct supervision.
• Reliability and commitment to a long‑term role.
