Sales Development Representative

About the role

HOKALI is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to help grow its after‑school program platform. You will work closely with the Sales Head to generate qualified meetings with decision‑makers in schools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Send outreach emails, make follow‑up calls, and book meetings with prospects.
• Provide the sales team with data reports and keep sales operations up to date.
• Monitor performance using sales tracking tools and report progress.
• Use CRM software to manage leads and coordinate with account managers on targeted strategies.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Business, Marketing, Digital Business, Commerce, Technology or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of sales practices and customer‑service techniques.
• Self‑motivated, start‑up mindset, eager to learn and work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM platform.
• Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry.
