Revenue Analyst

About the role

You will support the revenue team’s close and process improvements while partnering with Accounting & Finance, Legal Sales, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful results. This foundational role in the global revenue accounting team focuses on developing and improving revenue accounting processes in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review deals and sales orders in NetSuite to ensure proper recording and audit‑ready documentation.
• Review and approve revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM for defined deal sizes.
• Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization for efficiency and accuracy.
• Execute revenue month‑end close and reconciliations.
• Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities in revenue recognition and close processes.
• Assist with external audit processes and lead ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of revenue accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite ARM or similar revenue accounting system.
