Retention Account Manager

About the role

Lilo Social is seeking a Retention Account Manager to act as the primary contact for retention marketing across 7‑10 client accounts. You will translate strategic goals into actionable email and SMS campaigns, ensuring flawless execution that drives repeat purchases and increases customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for retention marketing, handling all client communication via Slack and email.
• Prepare and present performance updates, execution status reports, and tactical recommendations during monthly or bi‑weekly client calls.
• Translate client goals into clear deliverables for designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Coordinate projects in Asana, creating tasks, tracking progress, and guaranteeing on‑time delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive QA on email, SMS, and lifecycle flow assets before launch.
• Monitor retention metrics using Klaviyo, Hiro, and platform analytics, summarizing performance and identifying optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of building trusted client relationships.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering error‑free campaigns.
