Retail Key Account Manager – Argentina

About the role

The Retail Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with major retail partners across Argentina. This role focuses on delivering consistent in‑store branding, driving promotional activities and ensuring optimal sell‑out performance for consumer electronics, mobile, home appliance or FMCG products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage retail partnerships, guaranteeing high‑quality branding, displays and execution across all channels.
• Plan, launch and monitor promotions, activations and channel initiatives, analysing results to improve sell‑out.
• Coordinate with distributors, agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular store visits to capture market trends, resolve on‑ground issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise third‑party retail teams to maintain high execution standards.
• Provide periodic reports on market insights, competitor activity and retail performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, trade marketing or channel management (consumer electronics, mobile, home appliance or FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proven record of independently driving projects and solving problems.
• Experience managing key retail accounts is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
