Retail Key Account Manager – Argentina

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Retail Key Account Manager to lead and grow our retail partnerships across Argentina. The role focuses on strengthening in‑store branding, ensuring high‑quality displays, and driving sales through effective promotions and channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage retail partnerships, guaranteeing strong in‑store branding, display quality, and execution across all channels.
• Plan, implement, and monitor promotions, activations, and channel initiatives to improve sell‑out performance.
• Coordinate with distributors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular store visits to identify market trends, resolve on‑ground issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Supervise third‑party retail teams to maintain high execution standards.
• Provide regular reports on market insights, competitor activity, and retail performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Channel Management, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile, home appliance, or FMCG.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proven track record of independently driving projects and solving problems.
• Experience with key retail accounts is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish; English preferred.
