Reservations Sales & Service Representative – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑speaking Reservations Sales and Service Representative to join our Customer Contact Center in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires. In this full‑time position you will assist customers with booking, managing and troubleshooting travel reservations while delivering a friendly, courteous experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell travel products and services consultatively, providing information on fares, schedules, routing and travel documents.
• Answer customer inquiries about reservations, MileagePlus accounts, flight times and related services.
• Notify passengers of flight irregularities, schedule changes and special service options.
• Process ticketing, arrange special services and support employees with business and personal travel plans.
• Operate computer terminals to retrieve and input reservation data.
• Handle and resolve customer conflicts in a professional manner.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Argentina without sponsorship.
• Fluent in French, English and Spanish (spoken, read and written).
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work any shift in a 24/7 call‑center environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and a customer‑focused attitude.
