Remote Virtual Assistant – Online Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant to support our online sourcing activities for marine electronics. You will work independently to locate, evaluate, and coordinate the purchase and sale of equipment through various online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Search marketplace platforms and vendor websites for relevant marine electronics inventory.
• Review product specifications, pricing, and compile detailed listings.
• Communicate with sellers and buyers via email or messaging to negotiate and confirm transactions.
• Organize data in spreadsheets or inventory management tools and keep records up‑to‑date.
• Prepare basic reports and monitor market trends.
• Ensure sourcing activities are timely, accurate, and aligned with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong online research abilities to compare products, prices, and specifications.
• Excellent written communication for messaging buyers and sellers and documenting details.
• Effective time management and self‑organization to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet access and the ability to work independently.
• Attention to accuracy and transparency in all sourcing activities.
• Experience in e‑commerce, online marketplaces, procurement, or virtual assistance is a plus.
• Familiarity with marine electronics or the boating industry is beneficial but not required.
