Remote Sales Representative (12‑8 PM EST)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team on a full‑time basis. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support daily sales operations and help grow our client base across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate air‑duct cleaning, HVAC, and insulation solutions.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client interactions.
• Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative support.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
