Remote Recruiter

About the role

Neat N’ Tidy is seeking a motivated Remote Recruiter to help attract, hire, and onboard cleaning professionals across multiple U.S. markets. This fully remote, contract position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified cleaning candidates using Facebook, Nextdoor, and local community networks.
• Develop market‑specific recruitment strategies to ensure consistent hiring success.
• Review resumes, conduct phone or virtual interviews, and assess candidate reliability, skills, and availability.
• Create engaging job postings and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
• Partner with leadership to understand staffing goals and provide regular hiring updates.
• Oversee onboarding, run orientation sessions, and ensure smooth integration of new cleaners.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify improvement areas, and adjust sourcing methods as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with applicants throughout the process.
• Support expansion efforts by preparing recruitment plans for new markets.
• Provide light post‑service customer follow‑up and relay feedback to management.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using social media, job boards, and online platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous process improvement.
